Rotational Moulding (also called rotomoulding), is a unique plastic moulding process used primarily to create seamless, stress-free, hollow, one piece parts. 

Parts are moulded with plastic powders at high temperature in a rotational moulding machine.  The die is rotated on two perpendicular axis forming an even wall thickness to create a hollow moulding.  

The finished product is very strong and durable, with uniform wall thickness that produces lower levels of residual stresses compared to other forms of plastic manufacturing.
